We follow a four-phased structure to guarantee your satisfaction!

Phase 1 - Initial ConsultationThe Consultation period will commence immediately following the awarding of the contract.  2kats will discuss all aspects of development, present design ideas, take direction on navigational layout and requirements, and finalize timelines.  All communication is handled via telephone or e-mail. 

Phase 2 - Implementation
Once design plans and navigational structures are in place, 2kats creates a site to include the appropriate number of pages using specific SiteMajic modules that best display content.  Working with your administrator, 2kats will either create content from scratch or move text and graphics from existing website over to new site.  The website will include keyword search and website traffic monitor functionality; these features allow web administrators to gauge the number of visitors and page views, the pages visited and what visitors are looking for.

Phase 3 - Training
2kats conducts training for any person or persons designated to administer the website.  The session provides staff with the knowledge and tools & tips they require to maintain the website's content.  Administrators do NOT need to be computer experts; SiteMajic software is incredibly easy to use.  Updating a website can be completed from any computer, at any time without incurring additional development costs or waiting for IT experts to make the necessary changes.  The training also includes five (5) free support calls.


Phase 4 - Finalize & Launch
2kats consults with your company to finalize all changes and make required updates before the website's scheduled launch.
